Inspiration of the day: Izabel Goulart
In case you didn't know, Izabel Goulart is a Brazilian model who models for Victoria's Secret. She has, in my opinion, hands down, one of the best bodies among the models. Her abs are absolutely killer and much more defined than some of the others.
She has an Instagram page full of motivational photos and even I sometimes take a moment to go through her feed and renew my resolve when it comes to body goals. Check out, the next one below.
I caught onto her after watching her walk down the runway in one of the VS shows and while I'm more team Adriana Lima, here, I have to give her props and respect to Isabel Goulart for maintaining her shape. I'm not a fan of some of the stick-skinny models, (having modeled at one point myself), and I think the trend is starting to change towards more fit, toned, and defined sort of physique. If Victoria's Secret is heading in that direction, (or the modeling industry in general), then I'm all for it. It showcases the work and dedication that you put into taking care of yourself. After all, you only have one body and I think everyone should treat it the best they can.
